The fee then varies depending on when delivery is required, the time the order is placed and where it is going. Last Minute Same Day Delivery - available to order from 12pm to 4pm on delivery date, for a $20 premium over standard delivery [+$20.00]

Express Delivery - delivery within 5 hours and available to order between 9am and 4pm on delivery date, for a $25 premium over standard delivery [+$25.00]
